The Attorney Bendrick Watson was very unprofessional and rude when I was trying ask questions about hiring him to write up my contract to sell my home. He was very annoyed that I did not have all the information and knowledge that he apparently had about this process. He abruptly hung up on me, after stating that this would not be a good match. When I called back to expressemy grievance he hung up again. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM! The secretary didn't even know who the attorneys were that are employed there. They have 5 stars because they take down anything negative.

Please.....Whatever you do, DON'T retain Rita Briles!!! Once u put that money in her hand your done!! She will not call u back, she will cancel your appts, and you can BEG, PLEA, or even DEMAND, she will NOT get back to you! My daughter had to sell her car to pay her because she had a dependency case of getting her daughter back. She put in nothing but a appearance to the judge in 3 weeks time! After firing her, we brought the withdrawal of Council to judge day before important hearing. She actually shows up 5 mins before court, saying she didn't receive notice of withdrawal, and actually stalked us all the way into court! Thank God we gave the Judge the notice. Signed, notorized and delivered next day. The Judge reamed her out in court and told her your fired!!! Get out of my courtroom!!!! Ha, some justice prevails!!! Thanks Judge! Rita your TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!!!

Dont waste your time even calling! They refuse to listen to you if they dont hear money for them. They will ask you questions but will talk over you when you answer them and then hang up on you if they dont see it worth their time. They write you off within 10 seconds of the call, waste of time and patience. I have never seen a lawyer represent himself with such disregard to professionalism inside their own company! Please whatever you do find a better lawyer than these people you will not be happy!!!!!!!!!

Hadn't seen or communicated with my son in almost two years. Because of Charis and her team he's back in my life and we are happy as ever.

I found my way to Benndrick and Golden Key via a call for help I posted in the African American Attorneys Network on Facebook. I'm an attorney admitted to practice in New York, so I knew I needed help when confronted with an FL timeshare matter. Benndrick scheduled a call with me to talk through the issues within 2 hours of my initial call and asked insightful questions as I walked through the relevant timeline. He quoted me a flat fee and clearly explained the scope of his representation so that I was comfortable and clear once I decided to move forward. Golden Key makes it very easy to submit payments electronically so the process of starting my new matter was simple.

Benndrick was on top of it from the beginning, keeping me in the loop and clearing a substantial portion of the amount in dispute based on statute of limitations. He connected with the counterparties regularly, managed all correspondence with them, and uncovered solutions that had not been presented to me as an option in their original correspondence. I was never in the dark re: status and Benndrick worked closely with me to talk through options and took my questions and opinions into consideration as he determined his next steps the whole way through. We've now moved into an amicable settlement that represents a significant improvement over the initial demand and it took just over one month to resolve. Benndrick has also made himself available to help tie up final loose ends as they play out over the next couple of months. He is a kind, intelligent, and thoughtful attorney whom I trusted to work toward my best interests right away and I would absolutely recommend engaging Benndrick.

Charis and Benndrick worked really hard on our home purchase. It was pretty difficult because it was a developer selling an old house that was going to be in a new HOA, that was being formed at the time of the sale, so they pretty much had to write up, and in some cases make from scratch, all the paperwork in accordance with the new HOA rules, and also confirm with state and county rules. Even SWFWMD rules, because it's on a preserve. They also had clients that were in court at the time, so they were doing all this around a very busy schedule. The lawyers at the closing said that without the paperwork they worked on we would not have closed, at least not for a while, and possibly never, because there were others interested in the house at the time, any delay would have killed our deal. I highly recommend them.

I recently brokered a commercial lease where the tenant violated several terms of the lease in the first 2 months and refused to comply when the owner asked him to correct it.
