Venessa did a fabulous job in what turned out to be a difficult eviction. We hired her halfway through the process, what should have been a couple of hours of work turned into two court appearances and many more hours. Despite the unanticipated amount of work, Venessa didn't expect and actually wouldn't take more compensation than she initially agreed to. She was well prepared, completely understood our case, was well respected in the court room and got our desired outcome, us winning on all counts, all expected money awarded and our problem tenants out!.
