I was referred to Larson & Larson by my personal attorney to pursue the registering of a trademark for some of my treatment products. Nathan Suedmeyer worked with me to create a very comprehensive application;ication package and submitted in a timely and efficient manner. He had absolute confidence in the application and told me so. However, the application reviewer was extremely stringent in his interpretation of the threshold for meeting US Trademark regs. Mr. Suedmeyer relayed the information immediately and offered to resubmit (with some tweaks to the application package) free of charge. The process took over a year from start to finish but last week he informed me that the application for trademark registration was approved. The service I received from Mr. Suedmeyer was way beyond that I have received from any other attorney. Every communication was professional, respectful and focused upon achieving my goal of registration. I have become a little bit jaded with my work when needing to hire attorneys and it is was a pleasant surprise to find Mr. Suedmeyer's integrity shine through in each of our encounters. I have started with a separate firm of attorneys when I initiated my patent filings. Unfortunately the costs were too much and I then went to World Patent Marketing years later because of the fees from back and forth misunderstandings of my product. Issues still occurred but in the later stages with WPM I decided to move on for the second time due to unfortunate company issues.

Fortunately I found Larson & Larson. Their rates are reasonable and I have been very pleased to work with Mr. Liebenow. A very down-to-earth and knowledgable person. He took the time to learn and understand my product, very patient in addressing all of my concerns and gave sound advice, leaving no stone unturned.

Mr. Liebenow is personable and respectful. He corrected and solidified our later filings and ultimately secured our patent within months for what took years from prior attorneys (back and forth misunderstandings).

I would recommend Mr. Liebenow to anyone frustrated with the entire patent process and what it entails. Once I am able and ready to submit additional patents, I WILL most certainly return back to Mr. Liebenow once again. If only I had started with him, I have no doubt my patent would have been secured years ago.

There are a lot of steps between the idea/concept phase - to the product or even prototype phase.. If you made it that far, I'm sure it was through hard work, long hours, and quite a bit of money invested.
Getting that patent, after all of the effort, well, you know it just has to be done..
I think the greatest compliment I can give Larson and Larson, specifically Justin Miller, was the ease of the entire process.
I had a physical product that I was able to create a prototype of using a 3D printer. I provided that, and the CAD designs that were used to create it, and frankly, the rest was taken care of by Justin and his team.. I'm 24 years old and I have a patent. I was taught in school how hard those were to attain, and I believe it now, at least as far as getting the product presentable, that is difficult. But if you have that, and Mr. Justin Miller, you're in good shape. I hope to continue to invent, I have other ideas in mind, but not other patent attorneys. Justin Miller is my guy. Thanks again.

He could have easily filed the more expensive utility patent , but told me it would takes years and alot of cash. Even then it would probably not be enforceable.
