I'm business broker. Had to find closing attorney to close on business my client was purchasing for his immigration visa L1. Many attorneys didn't want to deal with our difficult transaction. I initially dealt with Atty. Robert Hitchens. He was very accommodating and so helpful in keeping our deal together. When the buyer preferred to add more documents to the deal, they had no problem to prepare them at the same day. We corresponded with Paula there, and she was wonderful too. She answered emails quickly and was very professional and efficient. Closed on the day I asked for. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Although my case wasn’t anything pursuable, I am very very thankful that he took his time to help me. He kept my hope that there are still good people in this world.
