This Law firm is the best! Everyone is very knowledgeable and personable. Tom Wadley handled most of my case and I can’t say enough about him. He really works hard for you to get what you deserve. There have been two occasions in my lifetime where I have found myself in need of a personal injury attorney. In 2005 my wife was rear ended by an elderly, uninsured lady traveling at a high rate of speed causing my wife’s car to roll over, resulting in numerous serious injuries to her. In conversation with a friend who had experienced a similar situation he suggested that we contact the Yanchuck, Berman and Wadley Law firm. We did as he suggested and will be forever in his debt. Within an hour we were in the office of Mr. Berman and both he and Mr. Yanchuck were working diligently on my wife’s behalf. The case was very complicated but after much pain and numerous surgeries on my wife’s part and the pit-bull approach of Mr. Yanchuck our insurance company settled with a very substantial sum. Of course no amount of money will ever make my wife whole again. In 2018 I was traveling on an open 4 lane highway at the posted 65 MPH speed limit when less than 100 feet in front of me an elderly lady ran a stop sign resulting in the total destruction of two cars and causing serious injury to both my knees, lower, and upper back. Who ya gonna call? Yanchuck, Berman, Wadley, Thomas, & Berman of course. Again the case was complicated due to the involvement of numerous insurance companies however with the usual approach of Mr. Yanchuck and his more than capable, efficient, and persistent assistant Ms. Beltran the case was settled within a few months and again with a substantial settlement. Hopefully whoever is reading this will never be in this situation but should you find yourself there and you want an extremely experienced attorney with an amazing legal secretary and staff on your side I very highly recommend you contact Mr. Yanchuck and Ms. Beltran.
