I was involved in a hit & run. Called Jeeves Law Firm. Gave them details of the incident, my phone #, e-mail address, & spelled my last name. They were to set-up an appt. & e-mail their info to me. In the e-mail I received, they used an unknown name! This is just a sign of incompetency. If they are not able to get my last name right, this was an indication of what I should expect from a substandard law firm. Of course, I cancelled my appointment.
