Over the last few years Ellison & Lazenby has represented my bank numerous times for loan transactions, but a deal they helped me close earlier this month was worth a Google Review.

The deal included a partner buy-out, a line of credit and a real estate loan. In addition to very quickly (6 days) preparing a complete set of loan docs and coordinating title, Gill also had to navigate two partners that weren't talking, and both of their attorneys.

If that wasn't enough to be impressed, the next part certianly should be. We had to push back the closing time a few hours due to regulatory compliance. Knowing that we were going to push up against wire cut-off times, and without prompting, Gill Lazenby called his bank and orchestrated two employees staying late, on a Friday evening, to get us a 30 minute extension to the wire cut-off time. All this, and the cost was still lower peers.
