They are professional, pointed and focused on getting a resolution of eviction as quickly and timely as possible. They completely understand the Florida Statutes relative to the Landlord-Tenant, more so than some of the larger firms. Their fees are reasonable with great results. Attorney Bruce Eason and his assistant Melissa were amazing. I know google only has a 5 star rating, but I would give them a 10 if I could. My husband and I had a tenant that stopped paying rent, and basically was not willing to leave our property. As an absentee landlord I had a renter who were absolute slobs and had destroyed my condo.
I was looking on line and came across Palmetto Law Group and figured this should be as good as any. I was wrong, they were far above any expectations I could have had.
I contacted the office and heard back from Kirk within a couple of hours. We talked over the phone and he had an immediate course of action and thus we began.
Kirk was outstanding; he always called back as soon as possible, had everything laid out so a non legal mind could understand what needed to be done, how do to it and how to end the whole ordeal.
Within 21 days, my tenants were evicted and out!
I cannot say enough about Kirk and his staff but please have no hesitation to use them.

I paid for him to start and file the eviction process and charged me for it.He checked my 3 day note, modified it and delivered it. The tenants paid,so I didn't need the eviction service,STILL he charged me the same amount if he did the eviction, "because the review of the 3 day note,what I already HAD!!! Just like every attorney,ONLY after the $$$,not the clien's satisfaction.Go and save headaches,find another lawyer.

terrible follow up. I lost communication after paying the client agreement. This guy does not care for you or winning your case. As far as I'm concerned He is making a living from just the retainer fees. I don't know if I was treated differently because I am young, and assumed nieve, but I went through a terrible ordeal where the landlord wanted to keep my security deposit, in which I hired Kirk. long story short I ended up scrwed out of my security deposit and retainer money. He promised me that I had a case, But did not follow up with me a single time, and was upset at my multiple attempts to contact him saying I was trying to "create false document". anyway, I did'nt read any reviews before hiring him, But I pray, that no one else is taken advantage of like myself. Mind you, I am a full time student, working a part time job, paying all of my bills. so a $580 security deposit and $250 retainer fee kept me from eating a few nights...not that kirk or anyone in that office is concerned. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!signed- a very humble, and genuienly caring 25 yo electrician.

Attorney Kirk Eason is prompt and efficient. We had a landlord last year that refused to return ANY of our security deposit even months after we vacated the property. Our attempts to resolve the matter with the landlord were unsuccessful. Once contacting Palmetto Law and responding to a few emails requesting further information from attorney Eason, we were told he'd get to work immediately on our case. Not too long after, we received his email stating that 100% of our security deposit was being returned along with court costs! The landlord also was responsible for the attorneys fees! Had an issue with a Tampa apartment keeping my security deposit and not following FL law, so I Googled and found Palmetto in my results. I sent an inquiry and promptly received a reply from a Katelyn. She gave me a form to fill out and some documents that would be needed. I completed this and emailed back to her. She then confirmed receiving and then informed me she would forward it to an attorney for a review. I waited a week but hadn't heard anything so I tried checking for a status. She never answered a single email and no phone calls ever returned. Would give zero stars if I could. If you can't/don't want the work, create a generic response for an email.
