I should state that I am familiar with Insurance Company and Lawyer tactics from professional experience. I am not too familiar with Florida Auto Insurance laws or the PIP coverage we are required to carry. This was the 1 time I am glad I had to pay for it the past 19 years.

I was referred to the K Law firm in St. Pete because of a hit and run accident. I was left in some pretty decent pain and a beat up car. My insurance company tried the typical delays and rebuttals stating it was all preexisting, they missed our scheduled calls, missed deadlines, low balled several times. And because this is FL and we have limited rights on these things allowing it to drag on FOREVER. Another reason insurance is so high here, but that is another story.

I was frustrated MANY times over the 9 months, my insurance company waited to settle what should have been extremely quick and simple claim. And in the end she got the full limit. She was able to negotiate with my bills as well leaving me with almost half of the settlement after fees and bills were paid. This was much more than expected for sure! I was stress, angry and wanted to bail out many times. But I'm glad I stuck with them through the end.

Any Personal Injury or similar issues I have in the future I will call them for sure. And I'm about to call and seek a referral on another matter I discussed when I settled this case.
