Very knowledgable about insurance. I had a case where my insurance company told me I had no coverage. Mr. Martinez was able to prove that they were wrong, and in the end I not only had insurance coverage, but more than I thought I had. I was ready to give up when he looked at my case. He was very well prepared for trial, and knew much more about the case than the other lawyers. Highly recommended!

I was looking to speak to Mr. Martinez about business with my company. My experience with Dan Martinez was a very unpleasant one - his attitude was demeaning and he left me waiting in a room for over 20 minutes to merely come down and tell me that this was a dead end and that I wasn’t invited and to not come back. It was a waste of my time, as he could have had his secretary tell me that and not be unnecessarily rude about it or lead me to a meeting room where I was led to believe we would talk business. When it comes to trusting a firm, I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. The receptionist, Shirley was a sweetheart though. You rock, Shirley.
