She is not very nice and lies, she does NOT work for Mercury Insurance as she claims.

I talk with her every so often pertaining to my case. She has never been rude to me nor has she acted in professional. She has always been willing to work with me .I screwed up and lost my license due to my own stupidity. I blamed her for years and was angry this happened to me but I eventually grew up and accepted the fact that I screwed up. The people who leave reviews on here are all liars and trying to get over on someone by blaming her for their own mistakes. I owe more money than I will make in the next year but its from my own doing.

This woman stole money from us for an accident we were never involved in!! My children suffered as a result of this woman's fraud, and as another commentator said SHE IS SURELY A RACIST!

Sarah Clark is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She is a thief, and fraud should be her middle name. The cherry on top is that she is a racist, so if you aren't Caucasian you will definitely be spoken down to. She will take your money and not submit it by the deadline on purpose. Please do your research on her and read reviews from other sites. They are all consistent. The Florida Bar really needs to take another look at her. Her practices are the definition of unethical.

HELP!!!! I am trying to make payments to this person to get my license back. Mercury Insurance hired her be so so have no other options. She won't answer the phone, return emails NOTHING won't give me my account information to make payments. She won't even send me any paper work in reference to our agreements. She's even changed the agreement and stated that I haven't made any payments when I have. This is not right I don't know what else to do. Maybe contact local news or better business bureau if anyone else has any information and is also being bullied by Sarah Clark please speak up. Respond to this review it needs to be taken care of!!

Sarah Clark is a very rude individual. She hung up the phone in my face just because I wouldn't allow her over talk me. I've never encountered anyone so unprofessional. She won't last very long at all. She needs training on how to deal with the public plus she lacks the ability to be courteous and helpful.

She has a "virtual office" so the only way to communicate with her is by phone or email, not in person... Never answers the phone, and good luck on those return calls! Steer clear!!

Very awful person, She does not return calls, Takes forever to cash checks or any kind of payment she lies she is Rude and is a Nasty person.

Wow I wish I had read the reviews first! Very unprofessional, very nasty. Works out of her house, no office, has hours of operation, but never answers her phone. Will not work with again! Avoid!
