I just want to let everyone know that this law firm sends foreclosure mails to people that aren’t even part owners in the mortgage. My ex wife received at her house mail stating that my house was foreclosed. We have been divorced over 8 years. This has created a horrible situation with my present wife and with my kids. I now have a copy of this letter and will be calling to get legal advice. I just want to clarify due to medical and life events my house got backed up in payments but I am resolving the issue with the bank. This law firm doesn’t know what they are doing and who they should send these mails to. My ex wife took a copy of this letter and forward it to my family and friends.

Worked w/ Mike and staff at Leaven Law as I worked through a personal injury settlement from 2016. Throughout the process, communication was always clear and responses were quick from Mike and co's end. I spoke with a few different firms before going w/ these guys, ultimately deciding on them as the other firms definitely gave off a not-so-professional vibe. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

I am extremely disappointed with attorney Mike Boil. I had presented him with a personal injury case related to my 5 year old daughter. Our initial conversation went well and I explained the circumstances surrounding the accident. The following Friday I received a voicemail from him stating that it was “looking good” and a case they would like to pursue. He stated in the voicemail he would give me a call the following week and we would discuss in further detail. After not hearing from him by Wednesday, I called and spoke with him. He was very short and brash and said he would call me back by Friday. A month later I still have not heard from him or anyone in the firm, I had entrusted this case to them when I should have been seeking other counsel. Extremely disappointed and I will never take another claim to this firm.

I have used the Law Firm of Ian Leavengood and Associates in the past for business and personal matters years ago with great success. Ian delivered everything that was agreed upon. When I first moved to Florida last year I found it necessary to dispute a furniture store who insisted I accept and pay for inferior goods. Aaron Swift contacted the vendor corporate headquarters and was able to have my money refunded completely...a year later I tried to purchase a condo and become ensnared in some dubious contract manipulating by the seller. Leavengood & Nash is first class advocate for their clients. I found out last year when I placed them on a modest retainer to represent me against creditor harrasment at work. They not only stopped the illegal activities but took legal action against several collection agents.
