Since the start of this case, Mick has been on top of everything. It started in the hospital where Mick came out to meet me and see if this company was a good fit for me. Since then Mick and I have met a few times to review the case and he has consistently kept me updated via email and phone calls. Any time I had a question he had an answer, he was easy to relate to with situations and he was very patient with me when I had trouble understanding lawyer jargon. I have not had an auto accident for over 49 years and on I-75N outside of Sarasota an impatient driver drove into the side of our car causing our accident. Not knowing Florida insurance protocol, I asked several associates for recommendations. Reeder & Nussbaum kept surfacing to the top. I contacted R&N via their web page and Mark Nussbaum responded within several hours. An initial meeting was set up within a couple of days. He explained the major points of how Florida auto accidents & recover proceed. What stood out was his concern for our commitment to follow the treatment plans of our healthcare providers and he said he and his staff would take care of the paperwork/inquiries of all the parties involved. Being close to 70, I did not want to dedicate time and energy into doing something I knew very little about. I elected to go with R&N with Mark being my attorney. He and his staff were always available to address my concerns as they were presented by others on the other side of the accident. We settled our case just a few days ago and I am please with the outcome. Also, he inquired about our health recovery expressing concern that our quality of life had returned to our pre-accident state. Very poor service, talked to someone named NICK, and he was being very nasty , not a good face for this law firm. He didn't want to inform me or answer any of my questions, he was disrespectful to me and my wife, which I do not tolerate. I have dealt with unprofessional and disrespect people before, but he crossed the line. I'm calling the Florida bar association about this!!
