I love love love this firm! They are very helpful and professional. I cant believe how patient they were wit me even when I was mad rude. They explained how everything works and also if I ever needed an appointment with the attorney all I needed to do was ask. I really believe some of these comments are from people who think they think they world owes them money. I never knew that Florida was a "no-fault" state so now I will buy UM to protect myself. I really wish my insurance would of given me that info and that I was more educated on these things but thanks my lawyer for hooking me up with the info.

Use a different firm!!! They push you to use their cheap chiropractor services they have because they’re in cahoots. I NEVER spoke to the lawyer who was getting a check almost as big as mine!!! You should never argue with people you pay!!! Had the head Paralegal pretending to be Andrea the supervisor on the phone but after I show up in less than 10 minutes she’s gone for the day. My bank had a hold and required their office to prove they had their accounts were good but they refused. All could have been solved with a simple phone call on their behalf so I could receive my funds that day. Once their payment cleared they don’t care about you and having good customer service. Glad it’s finally over!

What I truly don't like about this firm is that they are extremely lax in keeping the clients abreast of what's going on... Months can pass without any calls from them.. The majority of the calls the client has to make.. Shouldn't be like that. They should at least touch basis with the client at least once a month to have some type of connection of what's going on.

I have had a change of heart with the type of service that I have received. I had expectations that I certainly felt were not being met.. I had a very long talk with the person who was handling my case and she explained to me what she was doing and how the process was working. Although I felt that I wasn't in the loop and that the communications weren't as they should have been, I now have a much better outlook. So much so, that I would certainly recommend this firm to others .

First of all car accidents are horrible, Romero Law Firm is the best! and dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare. With my injury's I was coping with lots of stress. I knew I had to reach out to someone local who could help me through my bills. I contacted Romero Law Firm and they took care of everything! My essential I.O.U.'s aka bills to the medical fields were about to start staking up and I knew I couldn't do it alone. The staff at the office were very patient with me through the tough times. Speaking with Candy(Paralegal) and Andrea (Case Manager) they kept me up to date with reports each month. I would not have kept my sanity without their help each week. Romero Law Firm was able to cover all my bills and also prepare my new life after the settlement with coverage for future bills through the car accident that I was involved.
