Hearing and seeing all of the aggressive advertising from other Personal Injury Attorneys can make it somewhat confusing and convoluted as to whom to hire for representation. Especially when you’re hurting and or mad about the unfortunate situation you have found yourself in.

However, I chose Gallagher & Hagopian after doing my own independent research, and after receiving a great recommendation from other local attorneys, professionals, and former clients in the Sarasota Bradenton Area.

They claim to represent accident victims. Fact is they only do if insurance related accidents they won't go after uninsured there for they don't truly represent accident victims. They are extended pencil pushers for insurance companies. And if they claim to get a huge verdict. They also have staff that is racial to white people.

If you're looking for an Attorney to handle your case for your injures from an accident, don't look any further. Gallagher and Hagopian are an unbelievable group who know what they are doing and the intake process is easy. When I went to interview other Attorneys, the offices want me to fill out all kinds of paperwork or spend an hour on the telephone so they could decide if there was enough in the case for them to be interested. At G&H, I called up and told them I was in a "Not at Fault accident" and needed and Attorney. The response was simple and easy..."When would you like to come in and see Mr. Hagopian and discuss your case". So I went in, met with Greg Hagopian and discussed the case. What I really liked was he wasn't in a hurry to end the meeting and all he wanted was to be sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable with the information to be able to make an intelligent decision. I also liked the fact they are trial lawyers therefore, if my case would go to trial, my case wouldn't be handed off to another law firm that did the trial work.

As far as working with this group during your recovery and settlement, they keep you in the loop, guide you through the process, handle everything for you and without a doubt has your best interest at heart. They are methodical in how they document your case with the other side to where the other side have very little options other than caving to their demands.

Not one actual conversation ever took place between ourselves and the attorneys of Gallgher or Hagopain. The response we received from their office was that: "We won't be able to assist you in this case." We recieved no phone call after a lengthy letter of the explaining the case was submitted to them on their website and not until I followed up with their office more then a week late did we receive any response.

This case has six months before the statute of limitations comes into effect. It only takes a day to file a document at the court house.
Granted it is a slightly complicated case, as my wife was hit by an uninsured motorist and we have to pursue our own insurance company for restitution while the accident was in FL vs. were we live in Ohio.

Our complaint comes down to this, except for the people of the front office, they didn't even take the time to speak with us. What a joke! A possible $16,600 fee for the attorneys was not significant enough to get them to work. They also gave some subpar excuse as there not being enough time, like the paperwork/ file had to be looked at. A shipped package would do the trick. It's 2016 for heavens sake everything is digital. This office strikes me a lazy and seeking only the win big cases.

When my father was killed by a car crossing the road, we hired Gallagher and Hagopian as personal injury attorneys to help my family negotiate the case against the perpetrator of the crime. Kevin and Greg and down-to-earth guys, patient, kind, and really take the time to listen to you and care about you. They are extremely knowledgeable about the law from both sides of the bench. Their rates are very reasonable and they are trustworthy and fair. They stood with us and reassured us during the darkest moments of our case.
