Jim Chandler is the most unprofessional “professional” I’ve ever dealt with. He is extremely rude and disrespectful. I truly wish I could give no stars as someone of this “nature” deserves to be disbarred. As a real estate professional of over 30 years with a team of 75 as a mentoring broker, Jim is beyond the furthest example of a settlement agent as he settles for nothing but the absolutely lowest quality of work and ethics.

If you want to be disrespected and feel like your entire transaction will fault you still should not use him and unfortunately he’s mocked his “team”.
