From my first telephone conversation with Jonathan I knew I was in good hands. After we met in his Venice office where he walked me through what to expect along the way. And to his credit there were no surprises. Last but not least his paralegal Melissa made me feel like I was never a bother to her when I called with a question. I have never been the type of person to get a lawyer or have I ever felt as though I needed one, however after being in a car accident recently I found myself having more information coming at me then every before. Nice people in general. Felt to many people was on the case. Not a lot of explaining. Big details left out. Not good communication went 2 months one time without updates. I did more researching my self. Didn’t feel like they focus on my injury more on the little bit money i did receive. Still in pain with a little pay off.

They wouldn’t even bother to hear me out any of the three times I made contact with them. They just turned me away like nothing. Always very rude to me.

Wanted to charge me more than double for what I needed. I know this because I found a really good attorney for much less! Beware!

I met with 3 different attorneys before choosing Jodat. They were BY FAR the most professional, the most knowledgeable, and the most friendly of the 3. Rita, Melanie and Cristy are on top of their game. They have enough "bulldog" in them not to be pushed around and to go after the people that need to be gone after! aweful...rude lawyer that was handling my case actually had the nerve to yell at us. The first time you go in there they are super friendly but after you sign and they take your case on they neglect you and get mad when you try to get an appointment. Shannan C Neri was the lawyer. she even kicked us out of the office and slammed the door on me without taking in notice that im hurt from my shoulder...would not recommend this firm to anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
