Called this place a total of 4x and each time was horrible. I also spoke to the SAME woman 4x and each time she just seemed so LAZY and IMPATIENT and has a lot of sass. I called the 3rd time asking if I can come in and speak face to face so there would not be any chance of a miscommunication over the phone but she told me and that “I don’t want to waste our time or your time” What do you mean “waste” time? That’s highly unprofessional and you should not speak that way to a possible client. The fourth time I call her back to once again, try to speak with someone again and we get to the point where she tries to schedule a consultation with me, but she’s listing all times that are inconvenient for me and I get that it’s frustrating being on the phone with a client but nothing is working out so she says, “I have to wrap this up my phone is going crazy etc, etc, etc.. Told her okay and hung up. Horrible woman that I spoke to on the phone maybe my experience would have been better if I had spoken to someone else, wish I gotten her name but I could never forget that voice. Definitely will not be going for a 5th call unless someone different is going to answer the phone.

I have nothing but positive great things to say about David Holland Law. They treated me very well, always answered my questions and were with me every step of the way. They are helping me even after the fact to get my credit where it should be. I would highly recommend David Holland law group!

David was excellent. He explained every step in detail. Ashley was on top of everything and I was kept informed of the progress. It was a pretty easy process. He has a payment plan which is very helpful. He starts the filling process quickly and he and his staff are always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I felt very comfortable with him. The only thing is, I didn't want my car included. I continued to make payments, however, they will no longer do automatic payments once the paperwork was completed. Not sure what I should have done about that.

David Holland is an excellent attorney, very professional! All of his staff are also are very professional and very helpful. I was at a very low point and didn't know which way to turn and I reached out to David Holland. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. His office staff were also very helpful and always answered my questions and always returned my calls, promptly!! I felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing I was in good hands. David is a friendly guy, but he is also extremely incompetent. I met with him for a consultation. He answered most of my questions, but I could've spent 30 minutes on Google and found the answers myself. My biggest issue with David is he is extremely unprofessional and "greeen". His only value add is that he will review your documents, check a few boxes and take your money. You essentially have to do all of the leg work, and input it in a software he probably spent too much money on. Once that's complete, he will review it, and file it for you. I ended up filing Ch 7 on my own, and it's actually a straight forward process. My recommendation is don't waste your money.

This team is amazing! David returned my call promptly the same day. Within 2 days of filing notice of representation, he had already achieved a settlement from the debt collector in which my debt was dismissed. This was my first time in this type of situation, and it was scary. The process with Holland Law could not have been easier or quicker. I highly recommend David and his team and would not hesitate to reach out to them again, if needed!

David helped settle my case with a debt collector with no payment owed to them in the end, and I will forever be a customer and will tell everyone I know! Job well done.

They dont call when they say they will

Not sure why, but was in need of their help and was in the process of "sealing the deal", provided all the necessary information, and called several times and kept getting the run around. Wasn't called back with any updates after 3 weeks so gave up on them. Seems like a good firm, but assistant and paralegals were rude and non-responsive. Ended up going with another firm
