Eminent domain is when the government or any government municipality can seize or negatively impact the sale or ownership of a property. Lately the over reach of the government is making the evening news in Utah and Nevada but it happens even here in Sarasota and Bradenton with the government wanting your land for their buildings or widening their roads.
