Paul and his staff are amazing they all made our closing as painless as possible! Paul went through all of our documents patiently explaining in terminology that made it easy to understand, we also felt protected by him when we encountered issues with our closing he went head to head with the builders and kept us abreast of everything that was going on. Paul has an amazing grasp of the law yet makes you feel so comfortable in your interactions he does not come across arrogant or condescending. He made our closing experience wonderful i do not know why anyone making the most expensive purchase of their life would not use a lawyer but we did and picked the right one.
Paul Blucher & his law firm are very professional & honest. They have done an excellent job on closings I personally have had & for my clients that I have referred them to. Why would you use a title company when you can use an attorney for the same price!

Purchasing a home can be a very stressful time and if it wasn't for Blucher Law Group, I don't think we would have been able to even close. The seller had to leave town before closing, the lender didn't get the file to Blucher Law until that afternoon and because of the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff, we were able to close by the contract deadline that same day. I don't think there is another firm or title company that would have been able to accomplish what Paul and his team did for us. For your closings why have any real estate attorney when you can have a specialist?
Mr. Blucher brings to your closings a more in depth knowledge of chain title and ownership than other real estate attorney as he is specially trained in the laws of eminent domain. Eminent domain is when the government or any government municipality can seize or negatively impact the sale or ownership of a property. Lately the over reach of the government is making the evening news in Utah and Nevada but it happens even here in Sarasota and Bradenton with the government wanting your land for their buildings or widening their roads.
If you've been notified that the government wants to take your property, talk to Paul Blucher immediately. At best, you may be able to retain ownership of your land. At the very least Paul will insure that you negotiate fair and just compensation for your property.
For usual and customary closings you are getting a specialist and you are not paying more for the “best” representation.
He has helped me with my real estate issues and I am sure he can help you.
