Had a cash real estate closing here. No regard for customer convenience whatsoever. Asked to come in and sign docs early and they never had them ready. When they sent the preliminary closing
statement, I advised the taxes were not correct, Jorge assured me they were. In the final statement 2 weeks later they changed it. I was at their office, an hour from my office, the day before closing and they would not let me sign and that time. They told
me Florida is a wet signature state. Never heard that before for a cash purchase on the buyers side. They emailed me the documents prior to closing and the scan was so dirty it was hardly legible. Antiquated systems and procedures.

I signed a contract for the 2nd. Time on the sale of my restaurant. I paid michael bell twice. Both he and his staff were so caring ,until the deal went south. I tried getting info. On the contract , that i paid for. He or his staff especially Tania, would not return my call! Michael got paid , but my contract didnt matter. Worst service ever. I called for 1 week straight . Never a call back. Why did i sign a contract.? It meant nothing .

Their service is poor at best. They seem to take on case loads that are beyond their ability. They are understaffed and yet accept the fees but without any service. I have yet to receive one return call in the two plus years they took on my case. I am close to a foreclosure that will in turn impact my credit.
