Attorney Michael Wyckoff assisted me during the sale of my house. His review of the documents and overall situation helped alleviate my concerns. He was fair price-wise, knowledgeable, easy to talk to talk to and very accessible. I highly recommend him.

Michael is smart, efficient, and effective attorney. His strong suit is real estate. He knows condominium law very well and of course can handle a home as well. He is very honest and straight forward. He reduces complex law to its essence. I would engage him either as a buyer or seller.
I've used Michael Wyckoff for multiple real estate transactions over the past 15 years and have been impressed every time. If i had to pick one trait that stands out about him, it would be his ability to analyze the situation from every angle. Michael has this unique talent of bringing items to my attention that myself or other attorneys may have missed. This is why i will always use Michael Wyckoff regarding any real estate transaction.

I had a fantastic experience working on a somewhat complicated FL real estate scenario with Mike. His knowledge and expertise brought several parties together to complete this legal issue and he made it seamless for us. Mike was very professional, compassionate towards our problem and cost conscious. He saved us a lot of time and money. I highly recommend him.

Michael did a great job helping my family do a real estate transaction remotely from Chicago related to inherited property. He was prompt, reasonable and responsive. He did exactly what we requested, without trying to add additional work or fees. He was accessible, helpful and clear. We had to work to find an attorney like this, and my family appreciated the service and outcome. Recommended without reservation! Dr. Deidre Alexander

I gave Mike one star because there was not an option to rate him any lower.
I paid the man $1,500 to help conduct the short sale of my home in 2012.
He promised me the world but did little to nothing to make it happen.
I get it, these transactions are complex and don't always goes as the seller (me) would like.
But the thing is, when I asked him for an update and partial refund since he couldn't come through as promised, he chose to insult me instead.
He was loud, crude and exceptionally unprofessional on the phone.
He shouted and cried poor, saying he had kids to put through school, a boat payment and an expensive wife etc. He then had the audacity to call me "one of the entitlement generation" because I dared to ask him to do his job. A job I paid in advance to be done.
Entitlement generation? I'm older than him by the way, and retired from the military. Obviously he's not a good judge of people.
He doesn't want to refund me even though he failed in his promise? Ok, my mistake for trusting a "professional" to do what they say they will do. But to insult a client? What was the purpose in that?
My advice, free of charge, is to stay away from this guy.
I got a better lawyer who didn't insult me and actually came through on the short sale.
Mr. Wycoff may be successful with some of his clients but please shop elsewhere.
