Shocked that Steve Wittmer did not remember me at my initial appointment and should have known then it was time to select another attorney. Disappointed in my results with him. At mediation it seemed that he was not representing me, his client. Beware....Mr. Wittmer and his ads are not what they seem.

Hire Greg Linehan if you want a professional, respectful, intelligent, trustworthy, kind, motivated, honest, attorney that knows what he is doing. He always returns calls, emails, and follows up. You are not just a case number. He delivers personalized attention. His assistant, Terry, is just as fantastic. My case really was not a large, lucrative case in the least. That did not matter to the staff at Wittmer Linehan. We were treated as if we had a large case. It is difficult dealing with injury, insurance companies, and the stress of being injured. Do yourself a favor and hire Greg. That will be one less worry for you. He got me the best settlement possible, given the circumstances. No one could have done a better job.

You have a choice who you hire after an accident. I did not go with those other attornys that you see on TV every morning, because they will not represent you in person but instead some new lawyer that they hired. Go with an attorney that has their name on the building and represents you. Why? Because they know what they are doing! Mr Wittmer was excellent throughout the entire process along with Michelle Miller. Once the phone calls started coming in non stop, they stopped immediately when I told them that I have representation. He may ask you questions that makes you feel that he isn’t on your side, but that’s because he is getting you ready for what the insurance company is going to ask. I would highly recommend either Wittmer or Linehan for representation. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did during the entire process (over two years).
