I was in a difficult marriage and needed a lawyer who was able to help me through the divorce and protect my kids. Mr. Kofsky was always available (he gives his cell phone out) and responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions. He explained my options and the consequences of them and guided my through. Although we settled the case, I knew we could go to court if we had to. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge .

Organization, comminication and preparation are the most important aspects of family law Every second is important when dealing with an abuser and custody and the lawyers at this firm not only ignored my childs abuse but they refused to file or review an evidence sent to them. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW OFFICE. Beware of this office they will take your money and not lift a finger or return calls or file any documents. I hired this man to do a contempt that he showed up late for unprepared and not one document Thankfully I had copies but he had never reviewed a thing and was clueless. Nothing was submitted or stated on my behalf. Then when 2nd payment was due I demanded to see him in person due to the lack of representation however he was on vacation and when he came back demanding money again I request to see him in person so we can discuss his lack of duties and I will bring the check At this time he sends a message stating he is on vacation again and when he returns this time he drops me completely leaving both the contempt case open and the new modification on a time restraint. This office is full of crooks STAY FAR AWAY Everything is documented via email however no one ever reviews documents or submits documents but you are charged for every second. DEFINITELY DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
