Wow! Steve Pinnacoli and his staff saved my bacon today. I needed last minute legal work done and without hesitation, they got me in, processed the paperwork and got me out in an hour. Excellent advise and friendly service.

My aunt received her final bill regarding the Estate she was Personal Representative of and the handling attorney, Pinnacoli, seemed to have many unnecessary charges for a simple Estate. When I say simple, the Estate included a surviving spouse and no children. The purpose of opening the Estate was to access one bank account that was titled in the Descendant’s name alone and the spouse had no knowledge of this account until their partner passed away. When my aunt asked for a detailed bill summary Mr. Pinnacoli stated that was not necessary since the charges were standard for handling the Estate. It seems as if the attorney didn't care about billing the estate as much as he did because the money wasn't coming out of my aunt's pocket it was coming out of the Estate. Also, the office staff is rude. We as clients trust our attorneys to make right decisions but instead she was taken advantage of.

I thought a first visit was a free consultation at least that's what the ad said. But turned out to be a $522 visit after he asked another associate to come in on the conversation... without explaining I was being charged by both... until the end. It took an hr to only talk about advice .... that could have taken only 5 mins. You would think the first lawyer was experienced with similar situations and knew what to do...hmmm. After 2 months I recieved a statement that showed almost $150 less then what I paid. When I questioned it I thought I would be reimbursed the $150 but instead they changed the statement.
Walking out with nothing accomplished.
