I'm actually a "competitor" of Ms. Roegiers, I guess you could say, but I feel that it's necessary to give credit where it's due. Ms. Roegiers is exemplary in professionalism and zealous advocacy for her clients. She also is constantly keeping abreast of the new laws and cases that help criminal defense clients. There are many lawyers that are "paper tigers" and just plea cases out, but Ms. Roegiers is not one of them. I highly recommend her.

Honest and impeccable representation.

Upon the initial consultation, you actually believe that there are options and that she's a young fighter and she's got a name to prove. Katherine made a huge mistake advising that my family member was getting released from county and that she has negotiated his release and that it was only up to the judge, which would be a "very unlikely scenario". At court, we were horrified to find that he was sentenced to prison and NOT being released. "Oops! My bad, I misunderstood the email."

Misunderstanding an email is a complete understatement. This is exactly the opposite of what was explained.

I really don't want to bash her, but this is unacceptable work. I understand that there are things out of anyone's control, especially when it comes to court cases. But to lead someone on like that due to negligence of understanding of an email and to say that everything is negotiated when it is not, is completely unprofessional. This is someone's future not a little "oops"

They are personable people and I would recommend their law group to anyone.
