This is by far the worst law office you could possibly choose. Barbra Kibbey Wagner left to have a child and not only did she not turn off our case to her father or husband at that law firm. She hired a new guy and passed off to him. Who we did not agree to pay 20k for. She filed several motions for our civil case which she collected money on, but never followed through on the criminal case. We have now hired a public defender who has done more for us than this law firm did for us in a year and a half. Beware! You're better off with a public defender. If I had the option to leave no stars, that's what I would leave.

Just wanted to take a moment to write this review on my personal experience with attorney Jordan Wagner and his team. From the moment I called his office, I was happy to feel like someone with plenty of knowledge and experience was on my side to help me with the whole situation which can be daunting. They always gave me sound advice on what the next steps would be for my specific situation, as well as caring staff that was always just a phone call away to answer any questions I might have had. My wife was run off a walking path by a luggage carrier at Club Med in Punta Cana DR on the first day of our vacation. During one of the hardest times in my life I can think of, Jordan and Kibbey Wagner were there for me. Incredibly professional and respected in the community, Jordan successfully helped me with my case and provided me, what I think to be, a successful outcome. Great overall experience! I cannot say enough about Jordan and his professionalism. He explained everything clearly to us through the entire process and allowed us to worry about just getting back to normal after my husband's accident. He always kept us informed of what was going on and what to expect. He was prompt in returning any and all emails and phone calls and answering any of the questions we had along the way. While other "big box" firms place you on hold and shuffle you around to various personnel, we were made to feel like family here.
