Although initially there were a few problems...After ordering they were uncontactable by their phone even though prior to ordering they claimed that I could during their normal business hours. Also they did not respond via of their other contact info, including email or messaging. So, I tried to cancel, using the cancel button they provided, but it just sent me to a dead link! So I wasn't able to get my order on time, costing me a lot.
I do want to add that they eventually did respond, and I finally got my order and that it was very professionally done! The info provided with the order was also very helpful!
I will give a 5 Star Rating for SmartLegalForms, Inc. for the final results and I recommend them to people when immediate delivery isn't crucial and a couple extra days won't hurt anything.

Purchased a quitclaim deed,went to file it and the margins were off and I was charged an extra $20 for non compliance. So I called the customer service to inform them the product was non compliant in the state of Ohio. The representative was a complete moron and no idea about the product performance. I sat there for a minute and said "As a representative of the company, isn't it your job to appologize to me or something?" He replied "yeah,sorry"....don't use these forms in OHIO
