We had a very serious motor home crash on the Florida turnpike. The insurance case with the 18 wheeler that forced us off the turnpike was extremely complicated. His insurance carried did not what to admit his coverage, but Hughes and Ball, PA attorneys persisted and persisted until his insurance carrier agreed to take responsibility. Then Hughes and Ball had to continue to negotiate to get a respectable settlement. They also helped with possible future Medicare costs. They were very professional and courteous. They continually kept us updated through this case.

Mr. Howard Hughes and his law firm provided me with the utmost service after I was involved in a car accident back in November '17. Mr. Hughes was the one directly speaking to me throughout my whole case, and was available whenever I needed him, which is rare, as most lawyers have their assistants do all the work. What I admired the most was his attentiveness, and the way he made sure I was being very well taken care of until the very end. I was injured in a vehicle crash. Mr. Howard Hughes and his personable staff was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and most of all it was great having Mr. Hughes be in contact with me throughout my entire ordeal and not left just talking to some legal assistant only. Over 6 years later and we still talk. Some of these larger “factory attorneys” as I call them only want to quickly max out clients, make them go to the doctors to exaggerate health issues that are or are not relavent, then move on to the next client leaving the client lost and confused.

If you want to be treated like a civilized person, respected, and walk away knowing the right thing was done, take it from me, an active Police Officer who prides himself with integrity. Bigger companies aren’t always better.

I work as a firefighter and had a job related injury. I’ve hired lawyers numerous times in my life and in my experience attorney Hughes was the best. First from the beginning to the end every option and direction was explained to me and I was properly educated on knowledge I never had. I was a victim in 3 separate car car crashes — all being an innocent driver/passenger. Those drivers either had no insurance or not enough, resulting in me coughing up my medical bills, etc. since Florida is a no fault state, i highly suggest anyone in the Jupiter area call 911 - then Howard Hughes immediately - in that order! It has been 19 years and it is true, minor whiplash without being treated under your attorneys help- will catch up many years later resulting in your own $$ for therapy, medications, etc. Get these guys on your side!
