I hired Mr Cousins to represent me vs Mclaren. I tried to work things out with Mclaren on my own but was unable to. If you have a car that has been out of service for 15 days or more in the first 2 years, especially a high end car, I highly recommend you call Mr Cousins as he is a Lemon Law expert.
Bottom line is he won may case and got an award for full replacement of a new Mclaren, over $300k. This would not have happened if I went to the arbitration hearing alone .
Lemon law is very technical even for arbitration and I would have missed a lot of key things not in the lemon law book and would have lost on my own.
Mr Cousins specializes in high end cars and I hired him because of his prior wins over Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Aston Martin. I was his first Mclaren case and he won big.
I am extremely happy I decided to hire him because he did exactly what he said he would when I hired him.
