I can say within the past couple of years I’ve gone through some pretty traumatic events between losing my mom and dad within two years apart. I had some questions about filing bankruptcy and Mr. Ozment took my call and assessed my situation in as little as ten minutes and gave me excellent sage advice on how I should proceed with my credit card debt and was very honest and in integrity. Drake saved out house!
This was after years of BOA(Gov. levied $Billions in fines) illegally raising our interest rates, me traveling to BOA help weekends(a farce) filing personal financials papers with BOA and being told to repeat it 90 days later, a nightmare, etc. I realized BOA only planned on taking our real estate and I felt defeated. Both still employed we hired a well known law firm who arrogantly lost a battle in court to judges hired out of retirement, then we turned to Drake.

Drake and his team forced BOA to the table, negotiated a modification 5 years ago into the low 4's, monitored the BOA mtg. account & servicer through a portal, arranged payments we could continue our lives with and raise our children in our home. We are eternally grateful for that, especially when I know many lives were disrupted with foreclosures due to the greedy banks and recession that ensued.

He never promised what the outcome would be but boy did they over perform once we had it in writing. Always answering emails quickly with staff supporting this process the whole way. We are free and clear and what a feeling. I can only imagine the worst like foreclosure if we had not went to Drake.

Drake Ozment and the Ozment Law Firm have surpassed my previous Bankruptcy lawyer, which I had filed in 2003. Drake and his associates bring shame to my 2003 horrendous Bankruptcy lawyer! Honest to God, I wish I could go back and have Drake Ozment representing me instead.

In addition, many of our other friends did not have the same rapport and privileged end conclusion as Drake Ozment & Associates. Personally, I and my family have dealt with many different branch of lawyers in my long adult life. One exceptional and quality attribute of this law firm, I have to boost singular recognition for... As a Realtor this was the worse experience dealing with a so-called Short-Sale expert. They not only didn't know how to negotiate properly after tying up my client the buyer for 5 months. I will most likely loose them all together after going through this disastrous transaction. Oh, I forgot to mention after calling out their staff, Drake himself after taking 48 hours to call me back only to hang up on me 60 seconds into our conversation. I wish I had more time to waste here to talk about their Real Estate division, but I for one hope I never, and I mean never come across one of their Short-Sale listings.
