Don't think this place even exists! It's a "fake" practice, in my opinion. Any time a tenant calls regarding a threat to evict letter, they don't handle it and refer you back to the property manager of where you rent and who wanted to evict you! They also give signed letterhead letters to apartment landlords that the landlord simply fills in on their own, posts on a tenant's door and verbally says the letter came from the attorney. Something fishy going on here!

This agency represents many condominiums that expel people with families. Do not hire its services.
