Lindsay Demmery is a so called Attorney at the practice. My experience with her is that she is Arrogant, Entitled, Know-it-all, Cold, Secretive, indifferent, Dismissive Control freak and incompetent Narcissist Legal representation. Beware !!! She goes out of her way to engorge her fee's $400/hour plus expenses and she is not even worth $6/hour. Google will not allow O..She deserves no stars and here's why; She the Attorney owner operator of Prestige Land & Law employs a harsh "Dictorial Management's" style who is SIMPLY nuts and duplicitous. Her assistant paralegal is on a very tight Leash and the perception the office conveys is one of Scarcity constant cryptic, feeble, stress and lockjaw. If you have a concern, a needed call back, or any matter whatsoever Demmery 's assistant will NOT confirm or deny anything to the client especially when very time sensitive or critical matters need Demmery's guidance or immediate attention!!! Demmery will never ever call you back !!! after she aggressively demands $$$$ thousands in her retainer agreements. Demmery has the demeanor and emotional capacity of a 'plate glass window in the dark'. Preparing for a closing, title issues, zoning, any pressing matter needs the rubber stamp of Demmery- forget it. By the time each of them in this office has her say and their policy gets to YOU, it's a dismissive goat rodeo." So Don't spend a nickel in this place!!! Demmery is such a reprobate she radiates cold shafts of broken glass and they are literally psycho believe they are doing you a great favor here, and do NOT know how to run an Ethical Law Office. She tries to game the system the governance by the Florida Bar and lie to you by providing a "false image" that her conduct is always honest and ethical fiduciary representation for your real estate business or the meaning or essence of a client..Run dont walk from Prestige Land & Law Lindsay Demmery !!!
