I hired this man to do a contempt that he showed up late for unprepared and not one document
Thankfully I had copies but he had never reviewed a thing and was clueless. Nothing was submitted or stated on my behalf. Then when 2nd payment was due I demanded to see him in person due to the lack of representation however he was on vacation and when he came back demanding money again I request to see him in person so we can discuss his lack of duties and I will bring the check
At this time he sends a message stating he is on vacation again and when he returns this time he drops me completely leaving both the contempt case open and the new modification on a time restraint.
