Do not bother calling him for small matters.....

We needed Quit Claim Deed prepared and filed in Palm Beach County so we called his office and asked if they do this type of work. Woman that picked up the phone said "Yes".
She was very nice and professional: asked about our situation, found our property in the public records and went to ask Mr. Tannenbaum how much this service would be?
Not even 30 seconds later she said that he would not be able to help us... without any farther explanations?
The only thing we can guess, that we are too small of a fish for Mr. Michael Tannenbaum to fry....
