My brother used this law firm for his Real Estate transaction. Needless to say that went above board. They were extremely patient, very professional and straight to the point. During this process which included helping review the Sales Contracts before it was presented all the way through the financial process which can be very intimating to a first time homebuyer and a very easy closing because he new he was in good hands. They always kept him well informed and thoroughly explained every step of the home purchase process. Overall a great experience.

Terrible attorney. A friend of mine hired him for a real estate transaction, his specialty, in Palm Beach and he missed so many things, like the transfer of deeded beach rights as part of the house purchase, that the new owner had to hire a vindictive litigator to get the situation corrected at his own cost! When new owner presented him with the litigator's bill he refused to admit he had done sloppy work. There are so many great real estate lawyers in Palm Beach that it should be easy to avoid this one...
