Michael Rich has represented my son in 2 seperate cases. He has been very professional, knowledgeable, and explained our situation in great detail. This involved many court appearences. He was on time and able to achieve our desired outcome in both cases. He related well to my minor son and I felt very comfortable with his representation. I would highly reccomend Mr. Rich

My 17 year-old son received a traffic ticket and LegalShield had referred his case to Attorney Rich. He appeared on my son's behalf in court without us needing to be there. I appreciated his professionalism in handling this case.

Mr. Rich was a referral attorney from Legal Shield involving a moving violation I had at the end of Oct 2015. I had an initial conversation with Mr. Rich and spoke in depth about this citation and that I felt it was given by the officer without her knowing the complete facts of the incident. That I wished to tell my side of the incident.
He told me he would be in touch.
Two and 1/2 months went by with out any contact at all by his office or himself. I had to call their office and that is when I found out that the hearing was already held and he pleaded no contest without my permission or knowledge of this hearing. So the result was I had to pay the full fine and go to traffic school to avoid points. All of this I could have accomplished quite successfully on my own.
I had let the provider firm know about his poor performance and even worse client communication where by his response was to blatantly lie about communication with me. I totally challenge him to lie to my face in person . What you did was negligible by not informing your client about a hearing and then to take it upon yourself to put in a plea with out my consent.
I am a Legal Nurse Consultant, so I am not sure who you think you are dealing with Sir!
This was a small matter in the grand scheme of things. Dare I say what would have happened if this was an extremely important matter!!
To correct your actions and lack there of; I would suggest first an apology for lying and then reimbursing me for the fine cost and traffic school cost.
I await your response!
Regards,
M Crist
