If it wasn't for Doug I have no idea what would've happened in this horrible situation I out myself in. He was an amazing person during one of my most embarrassing and stressful moments in life. He took the time to talk to me like a man, have me Great advice and really made the difference when we needed it the most. I would recommend this man over any o e else out there. T ha la Doug!!

Great Attorney.. He really wanted to go to trial on my case but I was scared of not knowing one hundred percent what a jury would ultimately decide so Mr.Malloy negotiated a plea that I was satisfied with.. Without a doubt I would have trusted Malloys ability in trial .. With that being said I am now eligible for early termination of probation and Mr. Malloy has agreed to take care of that as well for me free of charge.. Couldn't ask for a better Attorney..

Would not reccomend for numerous reasons. Has been a prosecuter for the majority of his career. He is not well versed in criminal defense.
He misquoted laws, gave false information, did not return calls or provide documented information requested.
Did not file when he said he was going to and when he did, he did not present pertainent information provided. When questioned or asked questions got nasty and was not accountable for his job that he was paid for. He spoke a big game, he knew everyone, was buddies with everyone and had coffee dates with them. When the time came, his stories changed. Nothing was consistent during the entire experience.
People have choices, please be warned.
I do not want anyone to have the experience we did. Perhaps, he did not understand the full case or care enough about his client.
I could go on and on, bottom line is, if you have 2 choices, go with the other. Would not recommend for anything.
