Mr. Luckman is an attorney that truly cares about the plight and needs of the client and someone that is willing to listen and answer questions in a way that even a layman can understand. Mr. Luckman handles unique insurance related matters for individuals who need to fight their respective insurance company when they don’t reimburse patients/customers for pre-approved and legitimate claims. In my case, before purchasing equipment from a provider which was medically necessary for PT, I called Cigna and was told that I would be covered. I was then instructed on how to complete the claim form and what I needed to send in to be reimbursed but the claim was denied.
