I do not recommend Cliff Hark. We used him in a guardianship case and had unbelievable bills from him. Some of these were double billing, false claims of reviewing the files, correcting his own errors and more. In addition, his final statement contained more double billing, used an old bank statement(higher amount) for account information and, on top of that, used an investment account twice (once alone and once embedded in another account. All of this was to increase the money so his percentage would be higher.
Mr. Hark was involved with the crooked judge, (Judge Colin) who also took advantage of many guardianship clients. Don't just walk away.....RUN!
