Phil handled an unlawful detainer for me, where I had an unwanted house guest who would not leave. I called a few other attorneys, and their fees were much higher. My "guest" wanted to draw out the proceedings by filing an answer to the eviction, but after a chat with Phil she immediately moved out. From beginning to end it took less than two weeks. These eviction lawyers did a commercial eviction of one of my tenants. We got all of the rent the tenant owed and the tenant moved out before the case finished but still a good result. The lawyer fee was fair. I also used them for my commercial lease because it needed to be touched up. Highly recommend.
