Very irresponsible the way they handled the closing of my house. As the first home buyer I put all my trust in them that everything was going to be a clean process and it turned out very bad. Ending with a Warranty Deed with the wrong address. Gina managed the delicated correspondence without secured mail. When complaining about the missing check to the owner of the company Mark, his response was even worse.
There are hundreds of title companies out there that will provide a better service than they did with us.
