Sat down spoke with her she asked me for $1500 to work on the case and didn't help at all well didn't DO NOTHING AT ALL and is asking for more money so she can still DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ; told me one thing came out with something else ; everytime I needed to speak with her never got a response to my question a month passed by and until then I had an answer but I hope she enjoys those $1500 because from my side Not recommending !

I was referred to Ms. Fairuze Sofia years ago, my child's dad, Guadalupe was incarcerated by the police and detained at the Pompano Beach Jail on an immigration holding. At that time I was in need of Attorney, I contacted Ms. Sofia, she was delighted to assist, before I scheduled an appointment that day, I asked how much will it cost to see you, response: it was free. Free consultation!!!!!!!! That spoke volumes of her, she was not in the business to grab my money, but to work with me and to ensure that I got the best legal advice regardless of my income. I further asked, how much will it cost to hire her, she says it depends on what she has to do and she further elaborated that we could work out a payment plan, that indeed was an A+ to me. I met with her, based on what Ms. Fairuze told me, it seems she will be capable of getting my child's dad out of jail. I hired her, she immediately started on the case,she met with Guadalupe in jail, gave me frequent updates of what she is doing and what she intend on doing. She was easy to reach, reliable and was always a listening ears. From the first day, I met her she showed such interest in the case, it felt as though I had known her years ago, I felt comfortable talking to her and even when I was in tears, she gave such hope and good advice, I left feeling confident we were going to win the case, I left feeling like a winner. Guadalupe was eventually turned over to Krome Detention Center in preparation to be deported. Ms. Sofia visited him there, stayed on top of the immigration meetings, kept us informed of what she was doing and did what she said she would do. Eventually Ms. Sofia was able to get Guadalupe bonded out of Krome Detention Center and back to my daughter and I. That was one of the most joyous day for me. After his itrelease from Krome Detention Center, Guadalupe kept her as his Attorney, she continued representing him at his hearings. One of the thing I admire about Ms. Sofia is her need to help, the way she represent her client in Court was splendid, she definitely had his back, we had her full support. I have to mention this, this is the sad part,it makes me cry, I love the part of she being such a fantastic Attorney, she was able to have him returned to us, his family, but, years after his release the unexpected happened, he died at the hand of a teen boy who attempted to rob him of his cash. For those years we have him back to his daughter, we celebrate his life and having him returned to see his daughter reach the age of six years old. Thanks to Jehovah for blessing me with such a honest, reliable Attorney. After Guadalupe's death, I spoke to Ms. Sofia about pursuing a wrongful death suit on behalf of our daughter, Ms. Sofia came to my rescue, she took out her phone contacted an Attorney that represent wrongful death suit and started the ball rolling. Even though Guadalupe is no more, she continues to represent the deceased, ensuring that his daughter was given her justifiable amount on the wrongful death suit I have petitioned and pursued. We are elated to have her as our Attorney. Can't leave this out, before his death, he had hired her to represent him on a traffic ticket, he died before appearing to that hearing. I met up with Ms. Sofia, I told her he had died. She told me she was given money from Guadalupe and being that he died before representing him it is only fair she returned the full amount he paid her to his family and that was what she did. I would give her a zero instead of one star. Last time we heard from Counselor Sofia...she said she would help us. They never send the paperwork. We have left msgs to the receptionist, emails, voicemails...you name it. This speaks volumes on her...if this is how you treat a potential client, i don't even want to know how she will handle your case. For three weeks we tried to reach her weekly and she went ghost on us. The receptionist lacks manners and decorum....she was very rude to us.

The Sofia Law Firm is an excellent firm to use if you need immigration representation. They equip you with the tools you need from start to finish.
