After Hurricane Irma, I thought I would be able to handle the loss claim with Citizen's Insurance by myself. After several months of dealing with the Desk Adjuster for my claim, it became apparent that I was not up to the task of dealing with a company that was buried under the enormous claim backlog created by this storm.
