Hired Michael Braxton for 2 DUI charges both within just under 5 years. First charge failed road sobriety test but refused breathalyzer. DUI charge reduced to Reckless Driving (important in cases where 2nd charge could possibly happen within five years). 2nd DUI charge failed road sobriety and breathalyzer. Case was dismissed due to false arrest. In addition I never lost my driving privileges. Great job and would hire again, but hopefully that won't be necessary again.
