I've had to use the ticket clinic maybe 3 times if I'm not mistaken, they always take care of everything no stress no headaches just pay and if they need you they will call . Highly Recommended!

They totally and completely took care of my ticket. I sent in a diagram of the crash and explained my situation. I recieved Court notices and they took care of it. No fine, no class, ticket was dismissed.

I got into an accident in which it was completely my fault. Though the ticket I received was very minimal due to the circumstances of the accident it was still a 200 something dollar ticket at the end of the day. Not only that you’d get points on your license and a record of that accident would follow you around for the rest of your driving career. I looked around and my sister was actually the one to suggest them, I simply called them up, gave them my information, paid, and I never really spoke to them again. They would send me updates and small things here or there but mostly I forgot about the whole ordeal until I got a letter in the mail about 2 months later stating that my case was dismissed and everything was taken care of. The payment was less than the price of the ticket and I ended up with no points on my license and no record. I’d 100% recommended this place to anyone dealing with a ticket and will definitely use them again, though I hope I won’t have to.

Don’t walk, RUN as far as you can from this company. I would not recommend. I am not even the type to write a review, but I really wish I would have read the reviews before going with this company to fix my ticket. What they neglect to tell you is that by the time they are finished with your case you will be paying almost triple the amount the ticket cost. Their fees are already higher than the cost of the ticket, and once they represent you in court you wind up with court cost which amount to more than the original price of the ticket. Honestly its best to just pay the ticket yourself. This company is a complete waste of time.

I've used them several times. However I wouldn't say they always do their due diligence and keeping me updated. Even though they sent me a letter. I would have appreciated a follow-up phone call. The letter they sent me was placed in a pile of mail that I never got around to opening. As a results my license was suspended. I blame myself but a call would have been much appreciated!

Ticket clinic has beat all the tickets we have hired them for. We have received no points and it's hassle free. Once you hire them they take care of everything, you just wait for results (which so far have always been the desired outcome).

Helped so much! Got the ticket far away from home and was mandatory for me to go to court, TTC took care of everything, no points on my license just had to take a 4 hour class online and pay court fees.
