I hired Mr. Marne through recommendation. Mr. Marne was very well prepared for my Domestic violence case that the other party wanted to extend our restraining order. To make things worse the other party is the mother of my child and last year has been very difficult to deal with trying to co parent with a parent who makes false accusation to try and gain leverage through our family case. Mr. Marne was able to expose the truth. The judge was able to see that there was no reason for the mother of my child to be granted a further extension of the restraining order that expired a week before. Mr. Marne's professionalism is top notch and you can confide in his expertise and knowledge of Florida law. Now that this is behind me I can focus on moving forward with the family law portion. I also want to add that not only did Mr. Marne did a wonderful opening statement and cross examination of the mother of my child but I didn't even have to testify not ONCE. Mr. Marne was outstanding in the court room. My family and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You can definitely put your trust with Mr. Marne.
