I contacted Gordon Koegler’s firm after the ticket clinic failed to dismiss a previous ticket. I thought the process was easy and professional and my ticket was thrown out. Gordon listened to me and gave me his honest opinion of my situation and made me feel comfortable in choosing them. They delivered and the ticket was thrown out! Very happy!

I had used Mr. Koegler in past years with excellent results but now he seems to have lost the personal touch. Took many months to resolve a very minor traffic infraction and not once did he or Liz return my calls or confirm reciept of any email communication. How difficult is it to reply that an email was received? Also never received a single letter from his office regarding disposition of the matter but recently received notice from the state that my driving priveledges would be suspended for failure to pay the fine. The case had been disposed but Koelger and Liz never advised me of this fact or what needed to be done regarding the fine. I have now fixed the problem myself.

No stars here, just an idiot. He actually wanted me to go to the court house for him. Isn’t that what I was paying you for? He keeps laughing on the phone Gordon is a JOKE, stay away from this place as he is no help to you.

I called the law offices of gordon koegler and they were very unprofessional. The man on the phone told me to go to traffic school and hunged up on me without talking to me about why they wouldn't take the case. I called the ticket clinic and they talked to me explained how they would help me and told me to check for updates for the case. Biggest let down of the day having the phone slam shut on me.

RUN AWAY from this law firm of Gordon Koegler. I am so sorry I did not read the comments before I hired him. Very unprofessional and do poor work. I hired him to represent me on a traffic ticket. I live in Dade County. The ticket was in Collier County. He sent some one to represent me in court. I got a letter from them stating I do not have traffic school. One month later I got a letter from Tallahassee saying my license would be suspended because I did not do traffic school. When I asked the office, they said they sent me a letter but the post office did not deliver it. The law firm of Gordon Koegler is rude, unprofessional and INCOMPETENT. Do not hire them. The only reason I am not suing them is because I would have to go to Collier County and I live in Dade County. STAY AWAY from these people.

This is ridiculous to have to deal with such a rude lawyer who only chargers people without actually doing what was promised. I am very upset on the treatment I received from this office. Very unprofessional from a lawyer who is supposed to serve his clients. I would have never thrown my money away to this firm so that I could get the treatment I got and nothing got resolved. My girlfriend used this "Attorney" for a traffic ticket she received. She didn't get any points on her license but still had to pay for her ticket and had to pay him. He swindled her by telling her that she wouldn't have to pay the ticket and he would get her out of the points. She never got an update on the court case. She had to call the office to get any update. Do not use this practice. If you have a traffic ticket use TIKD. I used it for a traffic ticket and they have been great. I get updates and they offer you your money back if they can't get the cost of the ticket taken care of. It's lawyers like this that give the whole profession a bad name.

My wife and I have received legal representation for traffic violations from Gordon Koegler for over 10 years, and he's always followed through with his promises. While he does employ a no-nonsense approach and doesn't waste time schmoozing - he's also frank, offers sage advice, and is realistic with the prospects of your legal outcomes. I've dealt with other lawyers that will make unrealistic promises and end up costing you much more when you end up facing a conviction. I think a lot of people fail to realize that no points doesn't necessarily mean no court costs or fees (especially if you have priors), and end up dissatisfied when they realize they have to pay the court system.

We paid this attorney to represent my wife on a simple traffic ticket. He negotiated no point no adjudication but we had to pay court cost plus his fee. The problem with this attorney is we received a notice from the court saying failure to pay and license could be suspended. We never received a notification from our paid attorney about the out come of the case. I contact their office and his assistant and liar incharge Liz try to make one excuse after another as to why we never received notification.
I went to Martin county courthouse and the very nice lady there told me she hears this all of the time about this lawyer. I paid the costs and avoided the suspension, no thanks to Liz and Gordon!!!

I signed up for a google account just to write a review about Mr. Gordons firm. UNBELIEVABLE experience.
I received a letter in them mail promising to take care of my traffic citation for $59.
I called the firm and spoke to Mr. Gordon directly today and after telling him my basic (alleged) citation information, his response was "the cop cited you doing over 20mph over the speed limit, so here is my free legal advice for the day: attend traffic school and pay the fine. Good luck." ....and HUNG UP THE PHONE without hearing a word from me...excuse me?!

Im not sure how this firm has stayed in business but please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this unprofessional, scumbag of a lawyer.
