I must say the communication with joe himself was great. I had a few hiccups and he made sure he contacted me directly to clarify. He also fought for me even when he could have simply settled at any figures thrown out to him. He fought throughout the entire process. I really appreciate that!!

STAY AWAY.....Horrible..... THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE....Joseph J LoRusso is a ambulance chaser! I call the office leave messages everyday and NOT get a call back for 2 weeks sometimes even longer and they don't reply to emails. A lot of empty promises and they don't follow up with you. They don't treat all cases equal so If your case won't make them money then your not priority! So disappointed! I recommend u look elsewhere heres some recommendation Dixon & Odom/ Attorney Brian Breiter/ do your research and STAY AWAY from Joseph J LoRusso... If I can give negative stars I would... this law group is garbage

I highly recommend Joe LoRusso for any car/motorcycle accidents. They are efficient, call back the same day, professional and answer all questions and concerns. They fight for your case even if the person has the WORSE INSURANCE. I am very happy with my experience with Jo and Donna. This process feels so stressful at first but knowing I was in good hands and they want the best for my case really made me feel so relieved and happy. I am very happy with my settlement, I referred my boyfriend for his motorcycle case and we are overly happy with Jo and Donna's services. THEY ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible team of lawyers. They will never follow up on anything. You will have to reach out to them to get any info about your case. It takes them two weeks to return phone calls if at all. After 6 months of silence, I would call the office monthly to get updates on my case. They give a lot of empty promises...They wasted nearly two years of my life/time before sending me a certified letter to “decline further representation in this matter”. I know I have a case, but apparently it’s not “lucrative” enough for them to handle . I will take my case elsewhere. I don’t recommend this attorney.
