John Salcedo and his team at Mineo Salcedo Law are fantastic. They are the best law firm out there! I had a big problem with my insurance company after our last hurricane and hired them to assist with the claim. They worked on a percentage of the claim similar to a public adjuster but I had the benefit of a law firm handling it as opposed to an adjuster. I cannot thank John and his team enough for all their help. I highly suggest that anyone who is considering hiring a public adjuster that they speak to John Salcedo first because for the same cost or maybe even less you can have an attorney representing you. They are the BEST!!!!

My husband and I came home one day to find that the AC flooded our entire living room. We knew dealing with the insurance company would be an uphill battle. However, the whole experience was so much easier on us because of them. John cared about my case and was very quick on any response that I needed. With the settlement he was able to negotiate for us, we were able to fix our house the right way, and didn't have to cut any corners. I’d HIGHLY recommend and would use them again if the need arises.

My insurance company has paid since late October for some odd reason we have yet to receive our money...tried to contact Barbara, (our attorney) for over 6 weeks and finally ask to be contacted by the office manager, very unprofessional, condescending and defensive. I tried to explain my situation and he went on to say he's going to do me the favor; I had to stop him and remind him he was getting paid for their services we are no charity case and end the conversation ... Had to call the insurance company and let them know I haven't received the check and they explained that this conversation could not continue because I have legal representation now I have to hire a new attorney. The word FAVOR erks me. FAVOR an act of kindness beyond what is due or usual. We are far from a charity case.... Salcedo, you should know and do better

If you have an insurance claim you need to call these guys! I had a water leak and it ruined my floor , my ceiling and my walls. The insurance company didn't give me enough to even cover the floor let alone all the other damage. I called Mr. Mineo and they got me what I deserved and it was an easy process.

The firm did not properly prepare me for my deposition, then when I had to do the second deposition I was somewhat prepared on the actual day of the deposition. Thank God the case is over. Then to add insult to injury I was told they would call me to pick up my check but to my dismay they decided to mail my check without Notifying me. Wait for it, yes regular mail. Then after a several disagreements and weeks of waiting I am not really surprised at their disregard of my request or needs. In a but shell I would not recommend this firm.
