Very nasty and rude

Horrible people! No compassion for people at all! They don’t want to hear anything or care about anything but bringing in income! They receive bonuses at the expense of others! Horrible customer service.

I understand the business they are in, i'm trying to help a friend, but these people are just about the rudest people i spoke to on the phone

I got in a car accident and my insurance cover everything and paid for everything and now I'm getting letter in the mail threatening me to suspend my driver license if I don't pay $1,800 if they can find a way to take my kids back and forth to school they can suspend my driver's license it's okay and I called my insurance I told them about the letter and they said everything been take care of and I still getting that letter in the mail or threatening me to suspend my driver's license very rude
